Don't Starve Together는 메인 메뉴의 '모드' 버튼에서 모드를 켭니다. '서버 모드' 탭에는 월드가 실행하는 모드가, '클라이언트 모드' 탭에는 내 컴퓨터에서만 실행되는 모드가 있습니다.
서버 모드는 서버에서만 실행되거나, 접속하는 모든 플레이어가 내려받아야 합니다. 다른 모드가 필요한 모드는 '종속성 필요'에 표시되며 켜면 함께 구독됩니다. Don't Starve 모드는 RoG, 난파선, 햄릿 호환 여부를 밝힙니다.
弹幕互动，可以把斗鱼的弹幕转到游戏里，增加互动感，如果弹幕太多影响游戏的话，有白名单和等级限制功能，可以过滤一下。另外还有感谢礼物的功能，会调用游戏里的跳舞，不过会小影响一下游戏里的操作。还有个抽幸运观众的功能，幸运观众可以发包含特殊词语的弹幕来触发游戏里命令，比如召唤个猎狗，饥饿-10，掉个肉丸，掉个猪头帽等。 需要一个额外的工具配合使用， 下载链接 ，本mod源码也在这里 更新计划： 特殊弹幕和指令改成可自定义的。 其他： 有什么建议或者想法，可以留言。
