Burnt Ash Tree

Wilson P. Higgsbury

You look ashen.

A tree that has been touched by combustion.

Rubs off on my hands.

I say! That is a hardy bit of foliage.

I wonder what it used to be?

You look burnt out.

Had I any pity, I would give it to this tree.

I think it's speaking to me.

A wretched shadow of its former self.

I always find plant life in the strangest of places.

Ms. Wickerbottom

This tree has been scorched from the heat.

IT HATH BEEN FWOOSH'DED

No fair! I didn't get to burn you!

Tree was too weak. Dead now.

Well, it's definitely not an evergreen.

Ye look burnt out.

Oh, fire. Why?!

IDIOTIC BUSH! WHY WOULD YOU GROW HERE!
