Words of the Constant
Mushroom Planter
Emptiness. The natural state of all things.
It thrives... against all odds...
Nothing escapes the pull of decay.
A frigid cold bites at its heart.
The beginnings of life...
Completely teeming with life...
Carbonized by an exothermic chemical reaction.
It must first be seeded with a cut specimen or fungal spore.
An excellent fungal yield.
The state of decomposition is too advanced to support any specimens.
Its growth has been halted by the extreme cold.
The fungi are fruiting nicely.
We ought to pick them before they outgrow their planter.
Mold problem's taken care of.
It's just a dumb log.
Gross, they're taking over!
Nasty. Let's burn the rot out.
I'm sure fire would fix that.
There's mushrooms growing in it now.
Geez, who even needs that many mushrooms?
All burned up.
Nothing yet.
Looks like a pretty good yield.
Not much use with a dead log.
It's real cold out.
We've got our first mushrooms!
Lookit all that fungus.
Log is not looking mighty!
Is nothing.
So many little mushy-rooms!
Dead log is need to be replaced.
Mushy-rooms not mighty enough to fight snow!
Little mushy-rooms is start to grow.
Is no more room for more mushy-rooms!
If a log burns in the forest does it hurt my feelings? Yes. It does.
It needs a bit of help getting started.
It's doing real well on its own.
That rotten log needs replacing.
Everybody's got hardships, eh?
There we go. Everyone needs a bit of help sometimes.
Doesn't need us no more.
Fire is bad
What happened, friend?
Lots of new friends!
Oh. So sorry
Too cold?
Hello, little friends!
Party!
No more mushrooms to have here!
Just a log if you ask me!
