Words of the Constant
Drying Rack
The rack got dried.
Jerky time!
In laboratory terms, we would call that "dry".
Meat takes a while to dry.
Meat takes even longer to dry in rain.
Rain, rain, go away. Be wet again another day.
Drying things is not an exact science.
I should dry some meats.
Nooo the jerky!
Yes! The jerky's ready!
I think it's done!
You have to be patient, Woby.
I don't think that's going to work.
I probably should've planned ahead for this.
While we're waiting, does anyone want to see this bug I found?
We should make some jerky!
I spent so much time on that!!
It's done! Finally!!
I think it's been aged enough.
I'll be old and grey before it's done...
The weather is not cooperating.
This isn't helping.
It's like watching paint dry.
A horribly time consuming way to make meat last longer.
Too dry! Too dry!
Ready to test on my teeth!
Et voilà! It is done!
Not quite dry enough.
Now it is more like a rehydrating rack...
Now we're just watering it.
Not quite ready yet.
Just like the chefs of the stone age!
Such a shame.
Let's eat!
Tis as dry as an empty well!
It's being prepared just the way I like it.
All this rain isn't helping.
All this rain isn't helping.
It's drying out nicely.
Ah! A dangly rack for my meats!
It's too brittle to hang meat on now.
Like the desert.
Like the desert.
Still moist.
Moist and staying that way.
Moist and staying that way.
Still moist.
It can dry meats so they'll last longer.
Fire takes all.
Food time!
