Don't Starve Together turns mods on from the main menu's “Mods” button: the “Server Mods” tab holds the mods a world runs, the “Client Mods” tab the mods that run only on your machine.
A server mod either runs on the server alone or makes every joining player download it. A mod that needs another lists it under “Dependencies Required” and subscribes to it when you enable it. Don't Starve mods state whether they work with RoG, Shipwrecked and Hamlet.
About The following mod allows you to privatly chat with anyone who shares your secret cipher key. It uses symmetric encryption algorithm AES (Rijndael with 128-bit state array) with a 256-bit key. You can read more about it and its structure here. ECB enc
