饑荒聯機版在主選單的「模組」按鈕中啟用模組：「伺服器模組」頁是世界執行的模組，「客户端模組」頁是只在你電腦上執行的模組。
伺服器模組要麼只在伺服器上執行，要麼要求每位加入的玩家下載。需要其他模組的模組會在「依賴其他模組」中列出依賴，啟用時自動訂閱。饑荒模組會註明是否相容巨人王朝、海難和哈姆雷特。
为「buddy收音机核心」提供可配置歌曲列表。 功能： - 在模组配置中自由选择想播放的歌曲 - 支持开启或关闭单独曲目 - 与 「buddy收音机核心」搭配使用 - 目前仅有"B.U.D.D.Y.原曲"，"留声机：Ragtime"，"留声机：Balatro"，"万圣节音乐"，“danger” -新增多首外部导入歌曲，均属于司南，属于个人口味，如需添加自己歌单，需要通过官方工具制作相应格式文件 选择你的音乐，让 B.U.D.D.Y. 成为属于你的专属留声机！ 「buddy收音机核心」链接
