Words of the Constant
A tree will grow soon.
What technological terror is this?
When I wear it, i-it's harder to see Abigail...
It broke apart.
It's draining the life from that creature...
Even the mighty must fall.
We've brought on our own demise.
The ball of death burns brighter than ever.
It was so beautiful at its core.
Will it rise again, I wonder?
It is not through yet.
Oh... it missed.
It's beautiful...
Nothing can escape death for long.
Perhaps now death has finally claimed it.
It beckons me with the promise of endless slumber...
So much pain.
I wonder who used to own this.
For when I feel I can go no further.
It's for a burdensome boat anchor.
A fruit that offers no sweetness.
It's still beating...
It beats no more.
Burning from the inside... it must be agony.
It's been put out of its misery.
It is touched by darkness.
This tree was put to rest.
Maybe if you're lucky, you'll get the chance to grow up.
Perhaps it will grow next season. I can wait.
This doesn't feel like its final resting place.
Don't worry. I'll bury you.
Its future is unknown. Much like the rest of us.
It is full of the echoes of the dead.
I hear the painful echoes of the dead.
That's dark even for me.
Not very attractive.
Signs of the beast.
Death would be a kindness.
Do you know any riddles?
A deep rage brews within...
The gifts made it happier...
A crown fit for a queen of dirt.
If only I could kick it.
I suppose I'm to be crushed by a bug... an ironic end.
It's dead.
Burnt to a crisp.
Whatever's in there isn't dead yet.
It needs to boil.
Finally, food.
It's covered in dust.
