Words of the Constant
Let us feast by the rabbit's torchlight!
Its light burns no more.
Let us set the rabbit torch alight!
Who will face me in the field of battle?
There art a battle underway!
A test of might and bravery!
Bah! 'Tis naught but a meat-shaped veggie cake!
I do not trust whatever lies within.
A delicious sight indeed!
A trio of tasty morsels.
It must have displeased the gods.
What should be sacrificed to the beast's maw?
The rabbit seems pleased with my offering.
Who dares to face me in the ring?
Must the gods taketh everything?
I hope she'll hold.
Prepare thyself, for revelry doth await.
The shrine itself offered to the implacable gods!
The worm doth demand a worthy sacrifice.
The worm hath been appeased.
I shall send thee back to the depths, worm!
It seems someone offered it a flame. I do not think it liked it.
Perhaps it would enjoy a feather?
Let the festive crafting commence!
It is an artifact of this realm.
The foul plant thrives.
Something hinders its growth.
Perhaps it needs the company of its kin.
The feeble thing needs conversation to grow? Vikings thrive in stoic silence!
It seems to harbor resentment for its weed brethren.
It thirsts for water.
You are unhappy with the dirt you have? Do not look to me to help you!
This small patch of dirt cannot sustain all these non-meats.
It doesn't have what it takes to brave the seasonal elements.
It is beset by multiple afflictions.
Flames will soon consume it.
Too dark, even for battle.
Bones and all.
It doth taste just like chicken!
The god of the sky has been angered!
Alas! If I'd only grabbed it sooner.
T'were not meant to be a meal.
We shall live to fight another day!
I thought I saw that feathered charlatan around here...
It's vacant.
Apparently he has more pressing matters to attend to.
It seems we are lacking in participants.
This environment is not suitable for a fair game.
Playtime is over for now.
I shall have to find the key.
